Renu Varun, daughter of an Indian Army General, is like a well-travelled migratory bird, making meaningful contributions across different regions and domains. From her early school years in Bhutan to executive roles in companies like Gillette and American Express, Renu's dedication to uniting the communities places her as a pivotal figure in cultural diplomacy and global relations. 

 

Emerging from the aftermath of suicide loss early in life, Renu experienced its effects firsthand. This lived experience drove her to find ways to remove stigma and create awareness , focus on sustainable ways to prevent suicide through education, outreach and partnerships, both in India and beyond. She is a Certified Suicide Gatekeeper and is training to be a Suicide Gatekeeper Instructor.
